Team —

Last week, Texas implemented heinous new abortion restrictions, effectively overturning Roe v. Wade. Since then, the Supreme Court has refused to act, allowing this unconstitutional ban to remain in place.

Folks from across the country have come together to speak out, donate to reproductive justice organizations, and call their elected officials. However, there is one powerful group that could tip the scales in our favor: corporations.

Companies like Dell and Coca-Cola, two of Texas’ biggest employers, have spoken up in the past to oppose attacks on our environment and voting rights, to name a few. Now, they’re silent. This is not a time for business calculations: Texans’ lives and freedoms are on the line.

In Congress, David is an outspoken critic of unbridled corporate power and consolidation, working to hold companies accountable to the American people. As more and more companies move their offices and their workforces to Texas, they have an obligation to use their influence to do the right thing for their employees and neighbors.

Corporations must pressure Texas to reverse this ban. Will you add your name to our petition to demand that corporations use their influence to put pressure on Texas? >>>
