With the investigation into January 6 unfolding in the House, it's imperative we learn not only about what was happening at the Capitol -- but also the White House -- to uncover what truly happened that day.
As Vice Chair of the January 6 committee, Liz Cheney, said:
"We must also know what happened every minute of that day in the White House—every phone call, every conversation, every meeting leading up to, during, and after the attack.”
We need to hear from the people closest to Trump. Those who spoke with him throughout the attack on our Capitol. That includes Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.As two of the closest people to Trump, Jared and Ivanka must share with the select committee what they know about the events of that day and the conversations they had with Trump in order for the committee to get to the bottom of what truly happened on January 6.
