Folks -- The Texas GOP just launched a MASSIVE attack on voting rights:

The bill makes it even harder for folks to use their voice at the ballot box by:

 - Banning election officials from promoting the use of vote by mail

 - Outlawing methods that make voting easier like drive-through polling places, 24-hour voting, and temporary voting locations.

 - Requiring large counties (which lean Democratic) to live-stream ballot counting

The Texas GOP is using Donald Trump’s Big Lie to undermine our election processes and make voting harder because, frankly, Texas isn’t a red state -- it’s a voter-suppressed state.

I’m sick and tired of Republicans acting like our fundamental right to vote is a pawn in their partisan games. Our team is asking you to send Texas Republicans a message: Nevadans support expanding and protecting voting rights. Will you sign on to our petition?

While Republicans are continuing to build barriers to the ballot box, I fought to make it easier for Nevadans to vote. I signed a bill permanently expanding mail-in voting and guaranteeing a mail ballot to every eligible voter.

Nevada is leading the way in protecting the right to vote and I’m doing everything in my power to expand access to polls while ensuring our elections are secure and fair.

I’m horrified by what I’m seeing in Texas, and that’s why I’m taking a stand. Can I count on you to stand with me in support of expanding voting rights?
