Hello John,
This week, the President bravely stood behind his actions and defended his decision to leave Afghanistan as he addressed the American people. He made it explicitly clear that after 20 years of bloodshed and over 2 trillion dollars spent, that we were done engaging in useless wars.
I don’t know about you, but I am proud of a President who keeps his word to the American people. I’m proud of a President who says no to greed. Greed fueled by military contractors who have profited off these wars for years. Greed, which has influenced our politics and bought off our representatives for too long.
It’s time to elect representatives who want to change policy and not go to Washington for money.
It’s time to replace the greedy corporatists in Washington with patriots!
We’re moving forward in our mission to elect Democrats in rural areas, fight back against extremist, right-wing propaganda and rebuild a tolerant America that stands for equality and liberty for all. It’s time to remind Americans what the Democratic Party stands for.
The Democratic Party is the party of the working class. We need to win back rural Americans and fight for the issues they care about. Issues like infrastructure, access to quality, affordable healthcare, easily available broadband internet and supporting small businesses and farmers.
