** September is Coastal Cleanup Month
------------------------------------------------------------

Every year, we participate in Coastal Cleanup Month by doing a brand audit with Break Free From Plastic ([link removed]) or joining a local Surfrider cleanup ([link removed]) . This year, with the pandemic still in our midst, we got philosophical and asked the question: will there ever be a final cleanup where cleaning up plastic from our environment is no longer necessary? If so, when? And how can we get there? Below are some ways to continue living sustainably, consciously, and equitably.
* Invest in green energy ([link removed]) with an eye toward the future
* Make smart choices ([link removed]) every day to continue to reduce your environmental footprint
* Study indigenous lifestyles ([link removed]) to be more in harmony with planet and people
* Question the "norms" and those who created the "norms." It's time to create a new way of living ([link removed])
* Continuously educate yourself ([link removed]) on the latest research in order to make better choices
