Megan just texted me. The screenshot of the convo above speaks for itself, but I'll paraphrase:
- There are only 5 hours left until our midnight deadline
- We are still $1,809 short of goal.
- If we don’t catch up, we’re going to need to pull back on some of our crucial digital efforts for next month.
COVID Delta is not going anywhere, so we need to be prepared for limited in-person events and outreach. That means we must invest early in our digital efforts right away if we're still going to make an impact before the mid-terms.
We CANNOT afford to scale back at all right now.
