Friend,
It's hard to imagine how divided our nation has become as I walk and meet the wonderful people of New Hampshire! I stopped by Robie’s Country Store (circa 1822) in Hooksett for a cup of coffee and enjoyed comfortable conversations with everyone, including many who have seen news reports about my walk or my TV ads airing here. I sat down with the co-chair of the Trump campaign in New Hampshire and his wife, as we discussed their children’s naval service and mine, as well as about the great division currently afflicting our nation.
It is why I am running: yes, to bring my depth and breadth of global experience to assure a peaceful and prosperous world under U.S. leadership, but first and foremost to unite our nation.
