This webinar is for advocates who want to understand how a criminal record can affect a naturalization case. You will not become an instant expert on immigration and crimes, but you will learn how to look at the whole picture: whether a criminal case affects deportability, inadmissibility, a permanent residents’ travel outside the United States, and good moral character. We will briefly discuss how to obtain criminal records, and will provide a checklist for analysis.
