This webinar will provide an update on TPS designations and application deadlines. It will include an overview of TPS eligibility requirements and the application process for first-time registrants. Finally we will discuss alternative legal options for TPS beneficiaries and special considerations when developing a strategy to secure a more permanent legal status.
