The Republican Recall election against Governor Gavin Newsom will take place on September 14th and ballots will begin dropping in mailboxes across California on the week of August 16th.

The time is NOW to mobilize voters to VOTE NO on the Republican Recall.
Governor Newsom has stood with us throughout the pandemic and we will stand with him against the Republican Recall!

Here is how you can help defeat the recall:

1. This Monday, August 16th, I am proud to be joined by my colleagues, the Central Labor Council, local Democratic Clubs, and friends as we host a virtual phone bank to kickoff our effort to inform our fellow Californians about this terrible recall.

2. Sign up to knock on doors in your community with the Sacramento Central Labor Council: Stop the Republican Recall Sign-Up ([link removed])

3. Post on Social Media: help educate voters about the election by sharing content that includes information such as:
a. The Republican Recall will take place on September 14
b. Ballots are dropping and voting begins the week of August 16
c. Vote NO

4. Make a plan to VOTE NO by SEPTEMBER 14th: Make a plan to ensure your vote counts!
a. Go to CaEarlyVoting.sos.ca.gov to find your early voting site or ballot drop off location
b. Return your ballot BY September 14th. No postage required!

Together, we will defeat the Republican Recall. Let’s get to work!
