Dear Friend,

I'm making sure you saw our last message, where we shared the story of Sixta Leon, a leader of the Fund Excluded Workers campaign.

Will be out of town? You can still support us by donating! Tickets this year are limited, so don't wait to reserve your ticket.

We hope you will join our rooftop & block party on Thursday, September 23 to celebrate champions like Sixta.

Dear Friend,

Our galas aren’t like other galas.

It’s a block party, and not a sit-down dinner. And our honorees are not the rich and the powerful, but movement leaders who risk their lives for the fight for justice.

RSVP here before our limited tickets run out!

One of our honorees this year is Sixta Leon. As a Flatbush chapter member of New York Communities for Change, she was one of the key organizers of the hunger strike led by the Fund Excluded Workers coalition. It is partly due to her strength and dedication that billions were won for excluded workers.

Watch this video to meet Sixta, where she says: “What awaits us in the future? Until our dreams are realized, we will keep moving forward.”

RSVP for our rooftop & block party today.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
