Dear Supporter,

A brand new Meredith poll has our campaign beating both Thom Tillis and Cal Cunningham! Not to mention the same poll has Cunningham losing to Tillis. While my opponents boast a larger war chest, it has become clear that my work as a State Senator and my One of Us for All of Us Campaign has shown who the people prefer. 

The last week has been a busy one as I have traveled to the 40th Annual Western Gala to raucous applause, a Town Hall in Buncombe, a Powerful Post Masters luncheon in Henderson County, a fundraiser in Haywood County, and still made time to give 2 Sunday sermons! Finally, I presented at the ribbon cutting ceremony for NCATSU’s CyberSecurity Research Education and Outreach Center for Excellence and joined former AG Eric Holder in his student Roundtable for Redistricting Reforms. This is what it's about: meeting all of you and ensuring that I know what YOU want WHILE also legislating on your behalf as a State Senator in Raleigh. 

Our momentum is carrying this campaign around the state and back to the State House where I continue to do my job as a Senator!
