** Take a Test Ride at the Arlington County Fair
BikeArlington & WalkArlington will be hosting a Micro-Mobility “Petting Zoo”. Come out to the Arlington County Fair on Friday, August 20 through Sunday, August 22 and try out e-bikes, cargo bikes, scooters, Capital Bikeshare, and more in a safe and fun environment. In addition to a traffic garden and a skills course for younger kids.

** Bring Your Kids To The Bike Rodeo
Join BikeArlington, Kidical Mass, and APS Safe Routes to School on August 25 at Penrose Park for a Back-to-School Bike Rodeo to prepare you and your student for the bike commute back to school. Get your student prepared to navigate the roads and trails in Arlington and get the used to checking their bike to make sure that it’s safe to ride.

BikeArlington is a program of Arlington County Commuter Services, within the Department of Environmental Services. BikeArlington is an effort to build on an existing partnership between Arlington residents, businesses, and County staff to encourage more people to bike more often.
