This is the third in a series of emails highlighting some of our strong Democrats who are running for the Virginia House of Delegates in 2021. I hope you’ll take a look and consider joining me in support of these great candidates.
Friend,
I’m writing to you today about three excellent candidates running to represent their districts in the Virginia House of Delegates. These candidates bring a determined focus to delivering on behalf of their constituents, so I hope you’ll make a split donation to support their campaigns and help keep Virginia blue this November.
The first candidate I’d like to highlight is Delegate Josh Cole. Josh was raised in Stafford County -- he’s a product of the Stafford County public school system. He served that system on the Superintendent’s Equity, Diversity and Opportunity Committee and fought for his community as the President of the Stafford County NAACP.

Josh was elected in 2019 as one of the youngest members of the Virginia House of Delegates. Since then, he’s fought to improve funding for housing in his district, for universal pre-K for all of Virginia’s sons and daughters, and for expanding Medicaid.
Please chip in whatever you can to support Josh Cole’s re-election campaign to represent the 28th District in Virginia’s House of Delegates.
The second candidate is Delgate Randall Wolf: Randall represents rural communities in Waynesboro, Staunton, August, Nelson and Highland. He grew up on a farm where he baled hay, cleaned stalls, and developed a strong love for the outdoors and the environment.

As Delegate, Randall is committed to fighting for affordable broadband and cell phone access, economic development through fields to factories, and supporting family farmers and land stewardship.
Please chip in whatever you can to support Randall Wolf’s re-election campaign to represent the 20th District in Virginia’s House of Delegates.
Today’s final candidate is Delegate Dan Helmer: Dan is an immigrant and grandson of refugees who came to this country as Holocaust survivors. His passion for the country that welcomed his family led him to West Point and took him on tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea.

Now, Dan represents parts of Fairfax, Chantilly, and Manassas. As Delegate in Richmond, he's taken on special interests that make healthcare unaffordable for seniors and those with pre-existing conditions. He’s also fought hard for gun safety measures and to stop predatory lenders from ripping off active military families and students.
Please chip in whatever you can to support Dan Helmer’s re-election campaign to represent the 40th District in Virginia’s House of Delegates.
These leaders have spent their careers fighting for their communities, and I’m proud to support their campaigns. I hope you’ll join me in helping Virginia’s progress toward strong, thoughtful leadership in Richmond.
Thanks for supporting Democrats across Virginia.
