It’s the time of year when we should be making trips to stock kids up on pencils and binders. We should be looking for back-to-school sales. We should be signing kids up for extracurriculars and sports. Instead, Greg Abbott, Ron DeSantis, and the Trump mob are forcing us to make a much, much harder choice (unless you’re Ted Cruz and can send your kids to a $30k-a-year private school with mask mandates, but don’t let Greg Abbott know that):

The worst part? All of this could have been avoided. First, they asked us to sacrifice our grandparents and the most vulnerable among us for their agenda. Now it’s our children?
