The GOP has blood on its hands.

Trump lied about the virus. The Fox-led propaganda machine continues to peddle anti-vax conspiracies. And the next generation of Trumpist autocrats is following their lead.

A leaked video of Marjorie Taylor Greene at a Republican fundraiser in Alabama proves just how far the autocratic mob is willing to go. This isn’t just behind closed doors anymore. The mask is slipping. 

Twitter just handed her a one-week suspension for repeatedly lying about vaccines -- but that doesn’t come close to scratching the surface. Watch for yourself:

Celebrating low vaccination rates. Creating chaos in our hospital systems. Sowing distrust in public health officials. Spreading lies about response efforts. Thousands have died from COVID since MTG made these comments. The vast majority of those deaths are among those unvaccinated and infection rates are skyrocketing in places like Florida and Texas because the autocratic mob has governors and legislators in their thrall. These lies kill. 

And the GOP has fully embraced her because this is who they are now. Beating them is no longer about red or blue. Saving our democracy means making sure people know the truth.. Beating them, stopping the lies and the attacks, is going to take all of us.

Far too many Americans don’t know the extent of the lies they’re being told and the danger Trump’s mob poses to American democracy. This video is too important to ignore.
