Lead with Lillian, our annual fundraising reception and celebration of North Carolina's progressive women, is less than two months away! Today, I'm very excited to announce our keynote speaker for the event, Renee Bracey Sherman.

Renee is a reproductive justice activist, abortion storyteller, and writer. She is the founder and executive director of We Testify, an organization dedicated to the leadership and representation of people who have abortions and share their stories at the intersection of race, class, and gender identity. We're so excited to hear from her!

Will you join us at Lead with Lillian? The reception will take place over Zoom on Sept. 19th from 3 to 4:30 p.m. ET. Tickets are $125 and sponsorships range from $250 to $5,000. Join us as we discuss reproductive rights and gender equity, celebrate some great women advocates, and hear from our musical guests The Chicks!
