Here are a few inconvenient truths about the Green New Deal that progressives
on the Left don’t like to talk about:

 

If it passes, the Green New Deal won’t be powered by solar panels and wind
turbines.

 

It’ll be powered by Chinese slave labor.

 

More than half of the world’s solar panels come from Chinese factories –– many
of which exploit slave labor at every step of the production process. 

 

If Congress passes the Green New Deal, it will embolden the Chinese Communist
elite to exploit their people more than ever before.

Friend, as freedom-loving Americans, we should all be deeply troubled by this.

 

The Green New Deal was a horrible idea from the start and I’m determined to
make sure it never passes. Not only is it bad policy, it's blatantly
hypocritical. 

 

According to a recent WSJ report
<[link removed]>
: "Installing a high-carbon, Chinese-made solar panel might not reduce
emissions at all ... The solar industry’s reliance on Chinese coal will create
a big increase in emissions ... That would make the solar industry one of the
world’s most prolific polluters."

 

That's why I need your help to send a loud and clear message to the radical
Left that we won’t be complicit in China’s grotesque human rights abuses.

 

Not now. 

Not ever.
