John,
Senators like Marco Rubio have their hands out eagerly awaiting big checks from max-out donors and corporations. If they can keep the needs met of the wealthy, they don’t have to worry about the millions of Americans struggling to stay afloat.

Just how well has it been going for the 1%? An investigation found that the nation's 25 richest Americans "saw their worth rise a collective $401 billion from 2014 to 2018," but "paid a total of $13.6 billion in federal income taxes in those five years," a total that "amounts to a true tax rate of only 3.4%."
3.4%. That’s significantly lower than everyday working families.
Today, we’re standing with the people and circulating a petition demanding that the super-rich pay their fair share of taxes. If every member of the super-rich class paid what they are supposed to pay in taxes, the lives of everyone could improve in immeasurable ways.
Stand up against the rampant greed or the ultra-wealthy: sign the petition.
