John –
For the first time in decades, a federal spending bill has passed through committee without including the Hyde Amendment – a ban on Medicaid insurance coverage of abortion. Now the bill will go to the full House floor where it’s up to our representatives to pass this historic bill without Hyde! John, can you send a message to your House Representative and urge them to pass a federal spending bill without Hyde? [[link removed]]
SEND MY MESSAGE [[link removed]]Anti-abortion politicians have used the Hyde Amendment to deny abortion coverage for people working to make ends meet for decades. The U.S. House passing a federal spending bill without the Hyde Amendment would be a historic step in the right direction and a huge statement about Congress’ commitment to ending abortion coverage bans.
The majority of the public is against abortion coverage bans, and it’s time for Congress to listen to us. Send a message to your U.S. House Representative and urge them to be bold and pass a federal spending bill without Hyde. [[link removed]]
Thanks for all you do,
