But that alone is not enough. The death penalty is inhumane, fundamentally racist, and it is incontrovertibly true that innocent people have been and will continue to be put to death so long as this policy exists. That's why we're calling on our grassroots network to help us end the death penalty once and for all.
By working with congressional allies and through our advocacy in the Biden administration, we are fighting to create a justice system where truth, reason, and progressive thought win out over the barbarism of the past.
