The Aurora Sentinel just weighed in on our race -- with a powerful endorsement. This is a game-changer because the Aurora Sentinel is the largest paper in Aurora and will have major impacts on the race.  I’m honored to have the Sentinel’s support, but we need to move quickly if we want voters to see it. Ballots are already in the mail and voters are casting their ballot.

The Sentinel makes a strong case for Omar candidacy. “Montgomery would serve as a clear and effective voice not only for Aurora, but for the direction this city must pursue.” It’s a ringing endorsement. Our challenge now is to share the Sentinel’s words with as many voters as possible -- before ballots hit the mail.
