Madison Cawthorn, self-described ‘big history buff,’ keeps getting historical facts wrong

Cawthorn keeps mixing up who said what, when. For someone who claims to love American history, this just doesn’t add up. Once, after being called out for a blatant error, Cawthorn claimed he was just ad-libbing and “giving [fact-checkers] something to do.”

This is typical Cawthorn: twisting the truth to serve his purposes, then denying it as soon as he’s exposed.

Well, here’s something for the history books: Jasmine Beach-Ferrara is launching the biggest grassroots organizing campaign that Western North Carolina has ever seen, and she’s going to flip this district blue. (Oh, and she will be the first woman elected to represent NC-11!)
