Cuomo's Emergency Disaster Declaration on Gun Violence is threatening our Second Amendment rights.

Instead of going after the criminals he let out of jail with his asinine bail reform law, he's coming after law-abiding gun owners.

It was bad enough he gave us the SAFE Act, which did nothing to keep us safe and turned law-abiding citizens into law-breakers, but we knew he wouldn't be done with trampling on our rights. New York has the strictest gun laws in the nation but liberal Democrats just don't get it.

His covid emergency powers ended so he needed another excuse to usurp power from the legislature and act with impunity like the power-hungry egomaniac he is.
