LGBTQ Fairness Passed in Jefferson County Fiscal Court
October 12, 1999

On this day in 1999, the Fairness Campaign achieved victory in Jefferson County Fiscal Court! The county-wide ordinance expanded on Louisville's original Fairness Ordinance from January 1999 by adding housing and public accommodations to existing employment discrimination protections for LGBTQ people. Thanks to all our incredible leaders and elected officials who made Fairness possible for all Louisvillians! Check out the map of all 14 Kentucky cities with Fairness today!

Donate $20, $200, $20,000, or any amount to celebrate 20 years of Fairness in Jefferson County!
