Garland is fighting back against unconscionable attacks on our democracy by GOP legislatures nationwide seeking to restrict the right to vote.
Friend, Donald Trump, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, and the rest of the sedition GOP is using the same tactics they've used for years whenever their authoritarian actions are called out, they're waging an all out smear campaign in the press. Now, their new target is Merrick Garland. And we need to help him fight back.
Merrick Garland can't properly defend this lawsuit publicly (and call out the GOP's undemocratic agenda in the process) without violating ethics rules.
