Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. has been leading an investigation into Trump, and according to officials, there is enough evidence to convict him.
But Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is giving Donald Trump a get out of jail free card.
DeSantis said that he would use a loophole in Florida law to protect Trump from extradition if he's indicted in Vance's investigation. It's beyond clear that the GOP will never let Donald Trump face the consequences of his criminal behavior, even after he incited an insurrection.
