The end of each quarter is one of the most critical times for campaign fundraising, because every three months, we are legally required to report how much money we’ve raised.

Every campaign has to do this, so when we release our numbers, we’re compared head-to-head with other members of Congress running for re-election and anyone running against us.

At this point in the campaign cycle, we can expect challengers from any party to jump in the race and try to unseat Mondaire. Last cycle, we beat 7 primary opponents, including a billionaire and other much better-funded candidates.

If our fundraising isn’t up to snuff, that signals to anyone considering challenging us that this movement is beatable. That’s why it’s critically important that we post the strongest fundraising numbers possible each quarter — especially now.
