• Been accused of knowingly overlooking the sexual abuse of Ohio State wrestlers during his time as a coach;
• Helped lead the charge to oust Representative Liz Cheney from her leadership role for her refusal to spread Trump's lies about the 2020 election;
• Led Trump's defense team in his 2020 Senate impeachment trial and was given the Medal of Freedom from Trump for defending him again during his 2021 impeachment;
