We're not surprised that an incumbent with a DECADES-LONG record of slimy backroom tactics -- including blocking President Obama's nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, sabotaging key legislation in the Senate, and giving Donald Trump a pass on inciting the Capitol insurrection -- would be so unpopular.
