Dear friend,

It all comes down to this.

104 days ago, I stood in Madison Square Park and announced I was running for Comptroller.

It was a big decision to take on a big challenge—being New York City’s next fiscal watchdog. But I knew I was up for the job.

It’s been a long 104 days, filled with handshakes (or elbow bumps!), phone banking, policy platforms, and debates.

I’ve been inspired by the New Yorkers I’ve met on the campaign trail. And I’ve been energized to see our city roaring back after a difficult year.

It’s a wonderful reminder of why I got into public service: to do the most good for the people who need it most. That’s why I’m in this race.

Now, we’ve got just one job left: VOTE!
