ICYMI…yesterday, dozens of voters from New Mexico’s Second Congressional District showed up in front of Rep. Xochitl Torres Small’s district office in Belen, demanding that she ‘Stop the Madness’ and end the baseless impeachment and investigation witch hunt against President Trump.

Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce led the event, where he called out Rep. Torres Small for saying one thing to Nancy Pelosi and the socialist squad in DC, but another in front of her constituents. “Xochitl Torres Small was elected to serve the constituents of the Second Congressional District – not Democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Voters in New Mexico are demanding transparency on where she stands on impeachment, and we hope she stops the madness soon.”

Voter Dinah Vargas highlighted President Trump’s accomplishments, noting that the impeachment inquiry is a distraction: “President Trump’s message is for you, me and all New Mexicans. This president is delivering on his promises for us, and Democrats like Xochitl Torres Small would rather obstruct than work with him in the interests of their constituents.”

Sheriff Tony Mace added: “We deserve a representative that works for us instead of playing party politics. Xochitl Torres Small needs to let her constituents know where she stands on impeachment, and she needs to stand up to Nancy Pelosi and the socialist squad. Enough is enough!”

Yesterday’s counter-impeachment event is part of a nationwide effort to hold vulnerable Democrats like Rep. Xochitl Torres Small accountable for their extreme actions and politically motivated behavior. Recently, the RNC debuted a new website, StopTheMadness.gop,
