The Senate recently passed a major bill with bipartisan support for the first time under President Biden. This $250 million bill to increase America's technological infrastructure passed 68-32. While this is a great showing of bipartisan support, it also provides insight into how the GOP makes decisions.

The bill specifically bolsters the United States' technological developments to remain competitive with China. McConnell is scared of China's position on the world stage and continually blames China for any infrastructure, pandemic, or social issue that the GOP refuses to take action on.
