As Race Forward celebrates 40 years of working at the intersections of
"#RaceAnd" this year, we are inspired to uplift the ideas, strategies,
and solutions of youth and young adults who have stepped up and
reinvigorated the racial justice movement.
In that spirit, we invite you to join us for the first ever #RaceAnd:
Our Present, Our Future

The program will present thought-provoking and solution-driven keynotes
designed by young leaders at the forefront of racial justice, insightful
and inspiring breakout sessions, opportunities for virtual networking,
and an exhibit hall featuring youth owned businesses.

Attendees at the #RaceAnd Our Present, Our Future

virtual conference will:
Learn about existing and emerging strategies to dismantle structural
racism developed by youth and young adults.
Participate in intergenerational dialogues focused on the critical role
youth and young adults play in advancing the movement toward racial
justice.
Build relationships with a multiracial and intergenerational community
of youth and young adult organizers, students, educators, creatives,
parents, and policy makers.
Learn how you can invest in the innovative solutions of youth and young
adults fighting on the frontlines for racial justice.
Who should attend:
Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Asian American & Pacific Islander youth
and young adult (13-25) organizers, activists, culture bearers, artists,
and creators working on the frontline of the racial justice movement
both locally and nationally.
Adults working in the racial justice movement as an organizer, activist,
policy advocate, race communicator, artists, creative, trainer, or
educator.
Teachers and education administrators at any grade level looking for
inspiration and resources to advance a racial justice curriculum.
Those engaged in philanthropy with a desire to learn more about the
critical role youth and young adults are playing in advancing racial
justice.
