Rep. Jamaal Bowman: "Joe Manchin has become the new Mitch McConnell. He's doing the work of the Republican Party by being an obstructionist."
 
Bowman is calling it like it is: Joe Manchin's obstruction has gone too far this time.
 
By refusing to support the For the People Act, Manchin is allowing the GOP to set up Jim Crow 2.0. He thinks he's being bipartisan, but in reality Manchin is turning a blind eye to racism.
 
Stealing voting rights away from Black Americans should never fit anyone's definition of "bipartisan." Joe Manchin needs to feel public pressure like never before. But our fundraising has slowed down, and we're afraid that you've given up.
