- Voted against the anti-Asian hate crimes bill
- Falsely claimed to be first freshman representative to have a bill passed
- Voted against the bipartisan commission to investigate the Capitol riot
- Joined a maskless protest on the House floor

And this month, Cawthorn was also exposed for missing 16% of votes in the House -- that’s 8x more than the average lawmaker and more than any other House freshman.
