The House just passed a 9/11 style committee to investigate the armed insurrection in our Capitol. The committee would make recommendations to help prevent future attacks and provide a clear account of the events running up to January 6th.

But Republicans are strongly advocating to shut it down in the Senate!

Donald Trump called it a “Democrat trap” while Senators Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham brushed it off. Even Sen. Marco Rubio called the committee a “partisan political weapon.”
