We’re introducing a 10,000 donation goal before the end of May so that we can fuel our efforts to pass universal background checks and fight back against the NRA.

Life is returning to a sense of normalcy. And this summer, more people will be gathering for events, families will spend time with their loved ones, and many people will be going back to work in person.

But gun sales are still on the rise, so before summer is in full swing, we want to make sure universal background checks pass in the Senate and are signed into law.

This month, during Mother’s Day weekend, there were nine mass shootings across seven states. 16 people died, and 41 were wounded.

Memorial Day, Father’s Day and more celebrations are right around the corner — we don’t need to endure more tragedy as people gather with their loved ones again.

10,000 donations will show the Senate the strength this movement has and just how serious Americans are about passing universal background checks.
