Dear John,

This week we learned Cuomo's corrupt book deal was even worse than we thought. After months of stonewalling the size of his profit, he was finally forced to reveal the total sum he made from this crooked deal was a whopping $5.1 million. It's unconscionable--this book of lies was written in the middle of the pandemic on the graves of 15,000 seniors. It's blood money--plain and simple. Chairman Langworthy has called on Cuomo to donate every red cent to his nursing home victims' families and for him to release the full contract in its entirety so we can see all of the details that will likely reveal that this book deal coincided with his nursing home coverup. Thankfully, we got some news this week that the federal investigations into all of this and more are heating up with key figures being interviewed by authorities. Meanwhile, our feckless Democrat-run legislature continues to hide behind their sham impeachment investigation and protect Cuomo's power. We are fighting every single day to ensure his crimes are prosecuted and he is held accountable for the massive damage he has done to our state.

We value all of your feedback and questions!

Don't forget to hit the button below and send in any questions you may have for Chairman Langworthy and we will feature one in next week's newsletter!

NYGOP Team
Question from Last Week:

From Hector: Who are the Republicans running in the NYC Mayoral Election? The media is always focused on the Democrats.

Answer: We have two great Republican candidates running in the Republican primary for mayor. Each of them has been endorsed by various local GOP organizations. One thing is certain: after 8 disastrous years of Bill de Blasio's radical leadership, it's time for a change. Democrat policies have been horrific for the people of New York City: record crime, an economic crisis, businesses shuttered, and residents fleeing. If we are going to save NYC from permanent ruin, it's going to take a Republican mayor and Republican policies to do it. You can learn more about the candidates by clicking on the links below. In-person early voting for the primary will begin on Saturday, June 12 and run through June 20. Primary Election Day is June 22nd.

Chairman Langworthy On Site Of
Cuomo Press Conference:
Why Won't You Release Your Book Contract?

Since Cuomo is trying to hide from tough questions, Chairman Langworthy decided to show up at his propaganda event at the Buffalo Airport to put him on the spot and ask him when he plans to release the full contract of his book deal. Chairman Langworthy was spot-on characterizing Cuomo's book deal as "a sick cash grab done on the coffins of 15,000 New York seniors."
Statement from NYGOP Chairman Nick Langworthy Calling for Andrew Cuomo to Release his
FULL Book Contract Deal
Public Must See Full Details, Including All Timelines, Benchmarks, and Stipulations

“Profiting off the deaths of thousands of New Yorkers in the middle of a pandemic was gross enough on its face, but it’s clear that Cuomo also committed crimes in the process. This entire deal has been shrouded in secrecy and it’s time to lift the veil on Cuomo’s corruption. New Yorkers have a right to full transparency and the public deserves to see the contract that paid their governor more than five million dollars in the middle of a crisis that has left more than 52,000 New Yorkers dead. Andrew Cuomo must release the full contract and the truth must come out.”

NYGOP Must See News:
There are now four candidates officially vying for the Republican nomination for governor. They are Rep. Lee Zeldin, former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, Lewis County Sheriff Mike Carpinelli and the latest, Andrew Giuliani, the son of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and a former Trump aide. Giuliani's early campaign promises include reducing crime and kick-starting the state's economy. "We will cut taxes, and New York will no longer be the highest taxed state in America,” he said. “We will do everything we can to cut red tape and deregulate for all of those small businesses who have been crushed over the last 18 months. New York State Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy welcomed Giuliani to the race, and said perhaps he can emulate in the state what his father once did in New York City.

Nick Langworthy, the GOP Chairman, was waiting outside while Cuomo was speaking in the airport. “It’s a sick cash grab, a disgusting cash grab. It’s done on the coffins of 15,000 New York seniors,” Langworthy said, referring to residents of nursing homes and adult care facilities. In all, 42,542 New York State residents have died from the coronavirus as of Thursday, according to published state data. When asked about the allegation that Cuomo’s book money came off of dead New Yorkers, Cuomo said, “That’s stupid.”

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo expects to be paid $5.1 million for a book published last year about his role responding to the Covid-19 pandemic, according to tax and financial disclosure documents filed on Monday. The Democratic governor was paid $3.12 million in 2020 for “American Crisis,” which was published in October by Crown, an imprint of Penguin Random House. Mr. Cuomo is owed an additional $2 million in coming years, state officials said.

Federal investigators interviewed the chairman of the state Senate Health Committee as part of its probe into Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s handling of nursing homes amid the coronavirus pandemic — including his $5.1 million book deal, The Post has learned. State Sen. Gustavo Rivera (D-The Bronx) said Tuesday that he was invited to the FBI’s Brooklyn headquarters earlier this month and interviewed for nearly three hours by agents and prosecutors from the Brooklyn US Attorney’s Office. “We talked about a little bit of everything — mostly the governor’s interaction with the legislature throughout the pandemic,” Rivera told The Post.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s family continued to get special access to rapid COVID-19 testing until at least April — after the politician came under fire for pulling the same move during the early days of the pandemic, according to a report Wednesday. One of the governor’s daughters, Mariah Kennedy Cuomo, and her boyfriend, Tellef Lundevall, submitted priority samples to a state-run site in Albany on April 3, according to the New York Times. The VIP samples — known in the Health Department as “specials” — were rushed to the state’s premier lab, Wadsworth Center, and processed within hours, the paper reported.
