Unfortunately, Democrats are also up against history in this
midterm election. The average number of seats lost for a
president's party in a midterm election since 1946 is 25 (!!!).

We have a single-digit majority in the House right now. There is
no room for error - so that's why David asked us to keep a closer
eye on the 2022 budget than we normally would this early in the
