Governor Ron DeSantis is on the offensive with his radical agenda — and his momentum has already caused some damage:
⚠️ FIRST: Ron DeSantis won the Florida Governor's race by tying himself to Trump. He even got away with saying that electing his Black opponent would “monkey this up.”
⚠️ THEN: DeSantis signed numerous voter suppression and anti-protest bills into law. He embraced Trump’s big election lie, repeated Trumpian talking points, downplayed the COVID pandemic, and claimed systemic racism is "a bunch of horse manure.”
⚠️ NOW: News broke that big-money donors are pumping millions into his campaign. In April alone, he raised $14 million. That means he’s well on his way to defeat his opponents next year — and even make the jump to the 2024 presidential race.
This is a BIG DEAL.
DeSantis is getting away with ruining the lives of millions of Floridians, and he plans to take his dangerous agenda to the national stage in 2024. We must stop him now before it’s too late.
