Merrick Garland's Justice Department raised alarms that the GOP's sham audit was violating federal laws. Now they've won a crucial victory over the Arizona GOP's attempt to overturn the 2020 election.

Make no mistake however, the GOP's won't let one roadblock keep them from doing all they can to overturn the election and finish off their unprecedented assault on our democracy.
The threats of violence have gotten so bad that Arizona's Democratic Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, an outspoken critic of the sham-audit, now requires a 24/7 security detail after receiving countless death threats from right-wing extremists.

With Democrats in power, we have a real chance to pass the For The People Act and defend our democracy against future attacks from QAnon conspiracy theorists.
