As you know, the court recently made national headlines when it agreed to hear its first 2A case since Heller and McDonald.

And because of this, many believe it opens the floodgates for SCOTUS to finally begin hearing more gun rights cases.

That's why we believe Pena v. Horan could be the next major Second Amendment case the court agrees to hear!

Repeal of the Handgun Roster is one of the most pressing issues of our time, and people are taking note. 

And we're making sure everyone knows this cases MUST be heard. Indeed, our cert petition is awaiting review right now!
