Because she voted to impeach Trump for his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection, House GOP members plan to purge Rep. Liz Cheney from her leadership position.

Cheney is certainly no friend to progressives, but this chaos she's facing for standing up for our democracy perfectly sums up everything you need to know about her party.
Republicans don't care about Americans, they only care about appeasing Trump.
