Hey there! My good friend Deborah Peoples is running for Mayor of Fort Worth. This past Saturday, she advanced to a runoff on June 5th after leading in a field of 10 candidates.

Friend,

Our next chance to win an election and change Texas isn't in 2022 -- it's right now. Let me explain:

My good friend Deborah Peoples is running for Mayor of Fort Worth. This past Saturday, she advanced to a runoff on June 5th after leading in a field of 10 candidates.

Of all Texas cities, Fort Worth is turning Democratic the fastest and is a key to turning Texas blue.

Deborah's a progressive trailblazer. She has the most executive experience in the race. Plus, we would make history by electing Fort Worth's first Black mayor, and she'd make Fort Worth the largest city in the South run by a Black woman.

Friend, can you join me in supporting Deborah Peoples for Mayor with a contribution today?

Deborah Peoples

Let me tell you about Deborah -- her life story is the story of Texas.

Deborah grew up in Odessa in a multiracial family and has fought for equality and justice since the 60's.

She moved to Fort Worth in 1975 and worked for the City of Fort Worth helping connect underserved residents with city resources.

Then, Deborah went to work for AT&T and was promoted time and time again reaching the level of Vice President. After retiring, she was elected Chair of the Democratic Party of Tarrant County, and presided over an historic increase in voter registration and Democratic electoral performance.

For the first time in 10 years, there's no incumbent running. The seat is wide open, and Deborah needs your support to fight back against the deep-pocketed special interests opposing her.

That's why I'm humbly asking you to join me in making a donation to Deborah today.
