One year ago this Sunday, Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed to the Supreme Court.

Our women on the Senate Judiciary Committee fought hard to hold him accountable and honor Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's brave testimony. Every single EMILY's List woman in the Senate voted against him.

The Supreme Court agreed today they will hear a case which if upheld could leave only one doctor who is allowed to perform abortions in the entire state of Louisiana.
