Folks, I know that our country can come together, listen to each other, and achieve real results. I know because I see it happening every day here in Western North Carolina.

As a County Commissioner, I’ve built bipartisan coalitions to increase access to early childhood education and to expand programs to treat addiction with 6-1 and 7-0 votes. Recently, we unanimously passed a paid family leave policy for the county.

I’m running for Congress to work alongside people in Western NC to achieve these kinds of common-sense solutions. If you’re with me, will you chip in $25?

As an elected leader and ordained minister, I believe wholeheartedly in listening, engaging, and extending empathy to everyone -- even those who don’t always agree with me.

That’s what leadership is all about, and that’s what I’ll do in Congress -- but I need your help to get there.
