Here is the situation — President Joe Biden’s American Jobs Plan is our best chance to invest and expand our public transportation system.

Right now, 45% of Americans don’t have access to it. And for many that do, especially in cities, the trains are often late, the bus schedule is constantly changing, and our transportation systems shut down way too often.
