Yesterday, Republicans passed SB1485, the bill that will purge more than 100,000 Arizona voters from the PEVL, Arizona’s mail-in voting system. This is the latest in a series of thinly veiled attempts to suppress votes and exact Trump’s revenge. Now, it's all but guaranteed to pass and head to Governor Ducey's desk!" it’s headed to Governor Ducey’s desk!
The AZ Republican Dominated House passed this bill even after the Republican speaker of the House said:
This bill will have huge impacts on voters of color, older voters, and native communities. They will stop at nothing to stop our power, but we still have time to stop them. Tell Doug Ducey to veto the PEVL Purge now!
