On this Earth Day 2021, we stand at a crossroads.

The need for urgent climate action cannot be overstated [1].

Scientists continue to warn about the accelerating pace of global warming,
and Canada still does not have a climate plan bold enough to do our part to
halt rising global temperatures.

SO,WE HAVE A DECISION TO MAKE. Do we continue down the same old road,
hoping for different results? OR DO WE SEIZE THE CHANCE OF A LIFETIME TO
LAUNCH A GREEN AND JUST RECOVERY?

The Green Party has a positive and progressive plan to reduce GHG
emissions, repair the pandemic's economic damage, create the jobs of the
future, and complete Canada's social safety net.

This moment calls for us all to come together to implement bold, ambitious
solutions.
